About the Project

💟Purpose of the EMERGE Youth Project💟
Stress is a natural response to challenges, but chronic stress can severely affect physical and mental health. In today’s digital world, factors like tech overload, constant online connectivity, and pressures related to finances, relationships, or workloads can significantly increase stress levels.

Youth, especially in the post-pandemic era, face added pressures, such as eco-anxiety, career uncertainties, and financial instability. Young entrepreneurs are particularly vulnerable to burnout and reduced productivity without proper stress management strategies.

The EMERGE Youth Project focuses on equipping young people with effective stress management skills to safeguard their mental well-being, helping them thrive both personally and professionally.

What We Aim To Achieve

Empowering the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs through Stress Management Education (EMERGE) is an Erasmus+ project focused on equipping young people across Europe with specialized stress management techniques. The initiative primarily targets:
  • NEET youth (those not in Education, Employment, or Training).
  • The general youth population across Europe.
Funded by the Erasmus+ programme, the project has two main goals:
  • To provide accessible tools as open educational resources.
  • To include vulnerable groups in the training process, ensuring no one is left behind.
By focusing on developing these skills, the EMERGE Youth Project seeks to enhance the resilience of young people, laying a strong foundation for their future careers, mental health, and overall well-being. Additionally, the project aims to develop tailored resources to support educators and trainers in delivering effective stress management education to youth across Europe.
